Interior Designer

We are looking for an experienced and talented Interior Designer to join our team who has the ability to design and manage their own projects.

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited university.

    Possess over 4 years of experience in residential Interior Design.

    Demonstrate proficiency in key design software: Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Apple programs (Numbers, Keynote, and Pages).

    Showcase a robust portfolio exhibiting design expertise, encompassing floor plans, elevations, and 2D designs.

    Exude confidence, loyalty, trustworthiness, and a dynamic and charming personality suitable for client and team interactions.

    Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organization, attention to detail, and adeptness at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

    Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of vendors and project financials, including project costs and budgets.

  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings with clients, architects, builders, subcontractors, and other involved parties in projects.

    Develop working drawings and transform details into construction drawings.

    Create and manage design boards and project schedules.

    Independently manage specific projects under Jessica's oversight.

    Conduct regular site visits for meetings, walk-throughs, and quality control.

    Assist in maintaining an orderly samples library and devise processes for organizing new vendor resources.

  • Full-time position with a salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.

Realtor

We are looking for a motivated, successful Realtor to join our team and assist in our Brokerage transactions and whom wants to double their own sales year after year.

  • Hold a real estate license with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent.

    Demonstrated sales record of $4+ million in the past 12-month period.

    Possess a strong understanding of real estate contracts.

    Exhibit professional written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while managing various clients at different stages of the process.

    Display a bright, upbeat, energetic, and collaborative team player attitude.

    Show motivation and comfort in engaging in daily marketing activities such as calls, emails, texts, and face-to-face meetings with clients.

    Demonstrate a strong desire to work with an entrepreneurial mindset.

    Have a working knowledge of Apple programs, including Numbers and Pages, as well as real estate-related apps like Zipforms, Docusign, and Cloud Agent.

  • Collaborate with Jessica, clients, and other agents throughout transactions.

    Deliver exceptional customer service to clients to ensure satisfaction, trust, and increased sales volume.

    Create and maintain listings of available properties.

    Showcase properties to potential buyers and coordinate property inspections, surveys, and appraisals.

  • Independent contractor position with flexible hours and schedule.

    Access to direct leads, open houses, and events at luxury new construction and fully renovated homes.

Bookkeeper

We are looking for a part time Bookkeeper to remotely manage our accounts payables and receivables, construction draws, and Quickbooks Online account.

  • Possess over 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper with Quickbooks Online.

    Hold 2+ years of experience in related fields such as real estate brokers or home builders.

  • Ensure financial integrity and stability within the company by accurately recording and organizing financial data.

    Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

    Classify transactions into appropriate accounts such as revenue, expenses, assets, and liabilities.

    Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records to ensure accurate recording and accounting of all transactions.

    Manage accounts payable by processing invoices, verifying expenses, and making payments.

    Handle accounts receivable by generating invoices and tracking payments.

    Submit requests to banks for construction draws and manage cash flow accordingly.

    Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and prepare annual 1099s.

    Adhere to relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.

    Possess proficiency in Apple Numbers.

  • Pay is based on experience.

We are looking for passionate and hardworking people who are looking to gain experience in their desired field.

  • Currently pursuing a professional degree in Interior Design, Real Estate, Construction, Marketing, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.

    Ability to follow directions, work independently as well as in a team, adhere to schedules, and complete tasks thoroughly.

    Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.

    Demonstrated strong passion for the area of study, motivation, and discipline.

  • Responsibilities will vary based on the area of study the intern is pursuing.

    Exhibit professional written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Work 10-20 hours per week, or up to 40 hours a week depending on the candidate's collegiate schedule.

    Unpaid for any hours required for class credits, with the possibility of transitioning to a paid internship after achieving class credits.

    Work directly with the company's owner, gaining access to a variety of tasks and departments.
